Included
The work we can describe after the walkthrough: rooms, rough scope, and who is responsible for what.
Process
Five steps, and a written estimate before you agree to build. The form is step one.
The form asks for the project type, where the property is, when you hope to start, and how to reach you. That is enough for a first reply. Drawings are welcome later, not required to begin.
We use the phone or email you gave us to confirm the scope and the timing. If we are not the right crew, we say so on that call.
We meet you at the house or the space, whether that is Fort Worth, a northern suburb, or an older Park Cities house. Photos miss the stack, the plaster, and how you actually live in the rooms.
You get a scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and which items are allowances until you choose finishes. There is no obligation to build.
One point of contact, a schedule you can ask about, and a final walkthrough with a punch list. You should know what is left before we call it done.
The free estimate is a document, not a handshake price.

Anything we are not doing. Exclusions are listed so a later change is a change, not a surprise.
Tile, fixtures, and other selections you have not made yet stay as allowances until you choose them.
A read of what you sent, a call to confirm fit and timing, a walkthrough when the project is in range, and a written scope. You do not owe us a build if you stop there.
Sometimes. A single bath often does not. An addition, a wall coming out, or a change the city has to review often does. We will tell you which one yours is before you are committed.
Often yes for one kitchen or one bath, with a plan for the other rooms. A whole-home project is a different conversation. Say how you hope to live during the work and we will scope around that, or tell you if it is not realistic.
After the scope is agreed, and only if the timing matches the calendar. The form asks for a timeline so we can tell you the truth early. We do not promise a start date from a website form.
Commercial remodeling and finish-out for offices, retail, and similar spaces across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, alongside residential remodeling.
The Dallas–Fort Worth metro: Dallas, Fort Worth, the Mid-Cities, and the northern suburbs. Highland Park, University Park, and the Park Cities are a premium pocket inside that footprint, not the limit of it. Send the ZIP if you are unsure.
Step one of the process. We reply to schedule a conversation.
